In the Know is PSCU's operational newsletter sent to credit unions weekly. I worked with members on the Product and IT Operations departments to curate content. On a weekly basis, I curated, edited the content for accuracy and typos, and built the newsletter in Pardot.

External Communications
Working closely with members of the Product and IT departments in a fast-paced enivornment, I complied external standalone communications for external audiences.

This process also involved mining data to gather email addresses from Salesforce using the VLookup function in Excel.

IT & Risk Alerts
In addition to newsletters and external standalones, I would also provide 24/7 emergency alert coverage for IT outages and mass fraud risks.
This required to be on-call for a 2-month duration, including after normal work hours and on weekends.
